I cannot say enough about the service and quality of Auto tech. The general manager Mike is very knowledgeable and his prices are very fair not too many repair centers work on Maseratis they were exceptional. Hard to find an honorable mechanic these days, well Auto tech solves that problem

Convertible top was stuck halfway. My son in law diagnosed a failed micro circuit along with its associated hardware. They came to the same diagnosis and knew the parts required. It took two weeks to get the parts and they installed and fixed the problem in a little over a day. Very successful. Highly recommended as they had the right tools, diagnostic experience, and installation experience. They fixed what others didn’t even want to look at. Mercedes refused to look at the problem and were actually rude. I just bought the car and they said they had not worked on it and would not. Totally useless! 6 stars for Autotech of Stamford and 0 stars for Mercedes of Fairfield.

For each of my visits to Auto Tech the service has been diligent, thorough and timely. At reasonable prices. The crew members are unfailingly courteous and cheerful. And the most responsive mechanics around. The customer always comes first. And the bonus: affable drivers to take you home and bring you back for the pickup!

I can’t say enough good things about AutoTech! I brought my BMW in for a second opinion after the dealership told me I needed extensive additional repairs following a sunroof issue. From the moment I arrived, the team was honest, communicative, and professional. They even provided a complimentary shuttle to my workplace, which made the process incredibly convenient. After performing a thorough inspection, they explained that I did not actually need the expensive repairs the dealership had recommended. On top of that, they discovered my coolant was low that I have a small leak something BMW never mentioned during their diagnostic. Rather than trying to sell me unnecessary work, they topped off the coolant at no charge and simply advised me to monitor it over the next month so they could re-evaluate if needed. Finding a shop that values honesty over upselling is rare these days. Their integrity and customer service have earned my trust, and I’ll absolutely be returning to AutoTech for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience at Auto Tech. I brought my car in for a 2nd opinion. Another shop told me it needed 10K in work. Auto Tech did a complete evaluation of the car and $510 later, it is running perfectly. They offered me a ride too and from the shop. Everyone was extremely friendly and responsive. Great communication from start to finish. This is the way an Auto shop should run. I'm not going anywhere else after this fabulous interaction. Honest-Friendly-Efficient, what more could you want???
